Vermont Dog Pack, LLC (d/b/a “Happy Rescue Dogs”) (collectively referred to as “Happy Rescue Dogs,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Happy Rescue Dogs provides training services and online classes for training rescue dogs. Happy Rescue Dogs also provide services including, but not limited to, a website located at https://happyrescuedogs.com/, or such other internet address that we may choose from time to time (the “Site”). The term “Services” refers collectively to the Site and other services offered by Happy Rescue Dogs in connection with the Site.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Terms of purchase of any and all services/products from Happy Rescue Dogs

Terms of purchasing any and all products or services from Happy Rescue Dogs including but not limited to online courses and online discussion groups.

Any and all legal action taken against Happy Rescue Dogs concerning the purchase or use of these services or products must take place in Chittenden County, Vermont. If customers do not agree with this policy they should not purchase any services or products from Happy Rescue Dogs.

Dog Training is never without risk of injury. Do not use any of the services or products sold by Happy Rescue Dogs without consulting a local professional. The training methods shown in the Happy Rescue Dog’s online courses and discussion groups are meant to be used with a local instructor or trainer. Happy Rescue Dogs cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries to humans and/or animals. It is also agreed that anyone who purchases products or services from Happy Rescue Dogs or allows others to use the services/products purchased from Happy Rescue Dogs is a learned intermediary.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Refund Policy

Online Course Refund Policy

We are so confident in our training that if you decide within 60 days of joining the course and you’re not satisfied, we’ll offer a 60-day money back guarantee. In order to get a refund you must fill out and send in your completed workbook to show you’ve watched and completed the course.

Discussion Group Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on discussion group payments.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
